The new flagship Samsung smartphone is on its way, and the company has a toe-tapping way to promote the Galaxy IV; New York City flash mobs.
While the flash mob that Samsung set up isn't as enormous as others we've seen on the Internet, there's just something fun and carefree about watching a bunch of guys in suits and bowler hats put on a show on a public street. The stunt begins with the dapper gentlemen setting up an impromptu cardboard box telling the public to be "ready 4 the next Galaxy." The dancers enter and exit with contagious aplomb as their sweet moves promote the Galaxy in ways a technical demonstration never could.
It's interesting to see how big companies promote their products using Internet trends and memes in unique ways. In this case, I think Samsung found a quirky and fun way to promote the Galaxy IV.
