Artist Simona Bonafini created this amazing video that depicts how a Disney princess Instagram account would look. The two minute clip features iconic characters such as Ariel, Elsa and Anna and Hercules.
The artist takes popular Instagram posts and translates them to suit each of the Disney characters. For example, seeing a gym selfie on Instagram has become a common occurrence in many news feeds so the artist created the same style of image using Hercules. Additionally Elsa and Anna are seen with massive smiles giving each other bunny ears in a playful lovable fashion.
In order to make each post seem authentic the artist also ads in captions and comments from other Disney characters within each film. Although these Disney princes Instagram accounts don’t really exist, this graphic display sheds light on society’s obsession with social media while highlighting the most popular poses and hashtags that are actually used.
