The very mysterious and inconclusive 'Pottermore' site was recently launched on the Internet, creating both excitement and perplexity among Harry Potter enthusiasts. The 'Pottermore' webpage features two owls -- Hedwig, of course, is one of them -- and "Coming Soon" printed between the two creatures, followed by J.K. Rowling's signature.
The 'Pottermore' webpage was created by the author herself along with the help of her publishing team. There is no indication, however, as to what the website is about, what it will feature and why it hit so suddenly hit the Web. Those who visit the 'Pottermore' site and click on one of the owls will be redircted to a YouTube page, playing a video that is counting down the time to an announcement to be made by the author herself. The website is truly puzzling and has many Harry Potter fans hoping for a new book release.
