German agency Clubcreative designed a bold branding concept for Pop Tee.
Clubcreative recognized that the tea industry was experiencing a lack of innovation and high-quality design. They sought to "break the traditions of the tea establishment" with a packaging design and branding identity that was bright, bold and adventurous. The designers took inspiration from the fact that the Pop Tee moniker hails from the Pop Art movement of the 1960s. Like the movement challenged the cultural authorities of previous generations, the designers wanted to challenge the tea market of today.
The objective for this branding concept was to combine minimalist design, vibrant color and a high-quality product. Pop Tee is also committed to producing, packaging and distributing its product in a sustainable and ethical manner. Finally, the company is in partnership with Slum-Kinder Kunst, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in Third World countries.
