Eco-Minded Cord Collectors

The 'Plug Out Outlet Organizer' is a Simple Energy-Saving Device

The 'Plug Out Outlet Organizer' is a small cord-organizer that one can attach to any socket. This allows one to not have to worry about tangled cords and it saves energy.

Even devices that are turned off use power when they're plugged in. By using this outlet organizer, one can unplug things when they're not in use which can lead to lower electricity bills. Made out of silicone knobs, the pinching mechanism holds on tightly to each cord. They are currently available for order in either black and white or orange and green and stay to the wall using a not-stick adhesive.

This handy device was designed by René Lee who won the 'A Better World by Design DCE Consumer Product Challenge.'
