A South Korean telecommunication company is offering its customers an innovative solution to rebel mosquitoes: using their mobile phones.
For about $2.50, the company will allow you to play a sound wave file that rebels mosquitoes within a range of one meter, without being heard by human ears.
The sound is similar to the buzz of a male mosquito, which turns the blood-sucking female mosquito off and drives her away.
I hope the file makes it to the Internet soon so people can play it for free. Charging $2.5 per play (not per download) is simply outrageous. Even iTunes charges $0.99 per song download. And some of these songs can be very annoying.
