'Pechat' is the name of a new device prototype that elevates ordinary stuffed animals to the level of many new smart toys on the market.
While there are now dozens of toys that are designed with the ability to speak and interact with kids right out of the box, Pechat is a concept that makes it possible to add this feature on to low-tech toys.
The device takes the form of a cheery yellow button that can be attached to a toy in order to serve as a speaker and the "voice" of the plush toy. With a companion smartphone app, kids are able to interact with their most beloved toys in an all-new way with Voice Chat, Text Chat, Tap Chat and Auto Chat functions.
