Handel's Homemade Ice Cream Handel's Peanut Butter and Jelly flavor has been created by the brand as the perfect back-to-school frozen treat for consumers to enjoy this fall. The ice cream starts off with peanut butter ice cream infused with a strawberry ripple and pieces of shortcake throughout to give it a sweet, creamy and nutty profile. The ice cream is arriving now at the brand's participating locations where patrons can enjoy it in a cone, dish or takeout in a pint, but will only be on offer through the end of September.
