These parody Disney posters highlight the dangers of climate change, leveraging instantly recognizable scenes to paint a grim picture of what the future holds.
This poster campaign was designed by Alex Wadelton and Tom Whitty, who went viral in 2019 for launching the "future Landfill" project to fight against wasteful supermarkets. Now, the pair has returned with this bleak campaign that re-imagines iconic Disney films such as Frozen, Finding Nemo, Lady and the Tramp and Toy Story. The bleak images depict a world that has been destroyed by climate change, and uses clever wording to replace the movie titles. Finding Nemo becomes 'Choking Nemo' and is accompanied by an image of a garbage-filled ocean. Meanwhile, Lady and the Tramp is replaced to read 'landfill and the trash.'Photo Credits: designboom, futurelandfill.org
