Just in time for the Lenten season, White Castle has debuted a new Panko Breaded Fish Slider.
During Lent, many people abstain from eating meat and opt for fish instead. As a result, many fast food outlets roll out more seafood offerings during the Lenten season, and White Castle is no exception. Its new Panko Breaded Fish Slider consists of a wild-caught Alaskan Pollock filet that's been coated in panko breading, fried until crispy, and topped with melted American cheese.
