The menu item has a chorizo-inspired texture that consists of tofu crumbles that have been sautéed with onions, peppers and a blend of bold spices for ample flavor in every bite. The protein option has 12-grams of protein per four-ounce serving to make it a great alternative for diners to try out that will satisfy hunger in a similar manner to meat proteins.
