If you currently visit The Palace of Versaille in France, you are unable to stay anywhere on the property overnight. That is all about to change as the historic 17th century chateau is about to add hotel accommodations directly on the palace grounds.
The legendary palace built by King Louis XIV is one of the France's most visited tourist attractions, drawing in visitors from all over the world to visit the establishment's iconic Hall of Mirrors, gardens and Baroque architectures. Currently the Palace of Versaille's management team is looking to partner up with a brand to restore three 1600s buildings located on the property into luxurios hotels for guests. The hotel is set to be dubbed Hôtel Du Grand Contrôle and will offer 5-star accommodations, 23 rooms and an opening date of 2016.
