Raul Lopez’s LUAR is partnering with Opening Ceremony for two limited edition handbag releases celebrating the ‘Ana Mini’ bag and the former’s 20th anniversary. The first iteration of the ‘Ana Mini’ bag is a ‘Black/Cream’ vegan leather snakeskin, while the second is a ‘Tobacco’ brown pony hair leather. Both bags sport LUAR’s plaque in cursive silver lettering on the front, two firm circular handles, and a matching strap that allows consumers to style the bag as a crossbody.
Accompanying the bag’s release is a sweatshirt designed by LUAR, Opening Ceremony, and Dominican-American artist Bony Ramirez. The artists’ work decorates the rear, and the front features a co-branded logo. The Opening Ceremony x LUAR collection releases on the Opening Ceremony website on July 12.
