One Crown Place Mixes Contemporary with Georgian Design

One Crown Place in London, UK, currently holds 246 luxury apartments with nine penthouses. At the foot of the luxury building is a row of six low-sitting Georgian townhouses, after being abandoned for years, the area will reopen as a 41-room boutique hotel.

The design team aims to knit together the building's new design features with the hotels classic Georgian bones. With multiple communal spaces such as a cafe, art gallery, deli, club lounge, bar and library, the new part of the building will be dressed in warm brown colors and framed by large, over-sized windows.

The hotel features a conservatory restaurant, a light-washed outdoor space that was styled with an orange color scheme, black and white tiles and creeper vines covering all of the walls. One Crown Place is set to be a one of a kind building in the area.
