With season four of Game of Thrones set to premier on April 6th, Ommegang Brewery is releasing their third batch of Game of Thrones-inspired beer.
Called Fire and Blood Red Ale, this Game of Thrones beer is named after the motto of House Targaryen. Ommegang Brewery states that Fire and Blood Red Ale was inspired by the character Daenerys Targaryen and her three dragons; Drogon, Rhaegal and Viserion. Three different labels were created, with each one proudly displaying one of Daenerys' dragons in all their winged glory.
Fire and Blood Red Ale contains 6.8% alcohol and is available in 750ml bottles and 1/6 BBL kegs beginning in late March of 2014. That's just enough time get some before the series premiers.
