In an effort to streamline its production to keep up with consumer demands Tiffany & Co. has launched an offsite jewelry design workshop that manufactures and experiments with the brand's designs.
The workshop takes up 17,000-square feet of open concept space and is filled with custom modular desks to ensure open communication and inspiration between employees. According to Tiffany & Co.'s vice president of jewelry design, Dana Naberezny, "The workshop was created to facilitate robust prototyping in the early design stages, which allows development speed and flexibility."
This means, that in addition to producing more jewelry, faster, the workshop will also be responsible for prototyping innovative designs that can help the brand continue to expand and thrive.
