Italian designer Giuseppe Avanzato created a concept called the 'Nintendo Plus,' a handheld device that's part phone and part gaming console system.
This two-in-one mobile device integrates some of the buttons that are standard to Nintendo systems, which is meant to make it possible for players to access NES, Gameboy and DS games. This concept imagines that the phone would run on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and be equipped with a 5.1″ Full HD AMOLED display for playing a variety of apps and games available through Android as well.
While there are now dozens of attachments that have been developed to suit a rise in mobile gaming, this smartphone concept suggests that no add-ons should be needed for a complete portable gaming experience.
