Bad Daddy’s is Serving Up a Savoy New Birria Burger

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is marking National Burger Month (May) by serving up an innovative new Birria Burger.

Available only from Wednesday, May 1, to Tuesday, May 28, the new Birria Burger combines Bad Daddy's signature burger patties with the delicious taste of the full-flavored meat stew. More specifically, each Barria Burger features a seven-ounce 1855 Black Angus Patty paired with a crispy fried corn tortilla, melted Monterey Jack cheese, and a scoop of hand-pulled pork slow-simmered in warm consommé. This flavorful combo is then garnished with fresh onion, cilantro, and a drizzle of garlic-lime aioli, and served on a fresh brioche bun. The burger is also served with a side of consommé so you can dip your burger just like the traditional Mexican dish.
