The apartment itself comes with Netflix-branded linens, a fully stocked minibar, an HD projector that is hooked up to Netflix, a new Apple TV and a high-end speaker system. As ART404 member Moises Sanadria explains, "We were looking for a translation from URL to IRL." Beyond the swanky set-up, guests will also enjoy stunning views of the Manhattan skyline from their Netflix-branded abode.
