Built by British architecture studio Tonkin Liu, Ness Point House has a waved, white facade that is a clear homage to the cliffs that sink to the sea below it.
Situated at such a high vantage point (the home is 65 meters above the water,) Ness Point House offers spectacular views of the surrounding seascape. Those views are aided further by the curving windows spread along its sea-facing side that allow for a wider panorama. The house is also oriented for a clear view of the nearby Ness Point — the geographical feature after which the house takes its name.
