Wellnesse's all-natural whitening toothpaste is free from glycerin and fluoride and comes in compostable packaging. The new brand comes from Wellness Mama creator Katie Wells and the natural whitening toothpaste represents one of Wells' most popular DIY recipes.
The simple and natural toothpaste is made with ingredients like calcium carbonate, peppermint, stevia leaf and green tea leaf extract, and is available in a Fresh Mint variety. As Wells describes, "We use hydroxyapatite in place of fluoride, as this naturally occurring mineral supports enamel strength. We also avoid glycerin, which may prevent minerals from benefitting the teeth."
The product is packaged in environmentally friendly compostable sugar cane packaging that's recyclable and commercially compostable.
