Just in time for Halloween comes this possessed piano! No, it’s not really possessed, but I think it is pretty creepy. I wouldn’t want it sitting there "staring" at me after watching the movie 'Poltergeist' or something like that!
Actually, it’s a rather cool robot created by Austrian composer Peter Ablinger. According to Gizmodo, he "transferred the frequency spectrum of [a] child’s voice to his computer-controlled mechanical piano." The robot piano was then programmed to recite, according to the description posted on YouTube, the Proclamation of the European Environmental Criminal Court at World Venice Forum 2009. I’m not sure what that is, but it would seem to be a mouthful, even for a robot piano!
