The Museum of News Celebrates Timothy Greenfield-Sanders’ Latest Series

Newseum, the Museum of News, displayed a powerful photo exhibit by Timothy Greenfield-Sanders late last year. Featured in the PBS documentary, 'The Boomer List,' it "depicts 19 individuals -- each representing a different year of the baby boomer generation, from 1946 to 1964 -- who have greatly influenced American society," writes Forbes. A unique timeline of this iconic generation, it features such notable people as journalist Maria Shriver, actress Kim Cattrall and IBM chief executive Virginia Rometty.

An interactive exhibit at the Museum of News, it features a scent station with memorable aromas familiar to the baby boom generation and news magazines from the Newseum collection. Visiting boomers are also encouraged to share their generational memories via Post-Its on the timeline.
