Motorola at the CES 2009 unveiled the world’s first carbon neutral phone - the Renew. The Motorola Renew even uses 22% less packaging than other phones and most of that is from recycled materials. Moto proclaims the Renew will use less energy and will offer a talk time of nine hours. The Renew has a camera, organizer and music player naturally and will appear at T-Mobile very soon.
The next closest rival is the Nokia 3110 which is only 50% recycled.
