The thoughtful layout arrangement of this modern Brazilian house is definitely striking. Local firm Una Arquitetos distributes the plan of the dwelling across three concrete volumes, incorporating a rooftop garden and a "snaking pool" into the mix.
The biggest obstacle for the architecture firm was configuring a functional familial residence on a sloped landscape. The property takes up 2,600 square meters of space and when distributing the components of the modern Brazilian house, Una Arquitetos was definitely mindful of its limitations.
The three volumes of the building are set at different levels, while the open concept of the layout facilitates a fluid dynamic and the large windows allow light in. Una Arquitetos uses the grassy roof to ultimately unify the separate components.
