MNGB House is the latest residential project by Vaumm Architects. The sculptural concrete home is located in the heart of a Basque Country small town and is a modern departure from the more traditional residences that surround it.
The modernist abode is an update on an existing suburban shell and is located atop a sloped site that adds to its eye-catching design. The home's existing form is revamped and heightened with the use of concrete, glass and metal materials, chosen by Iñigo García Odiaga and the Vaumm Architects team.
MNGB House is "organized around a central courtyard, which brings daylight into the interior without sacrificing privacy" and includes living and dining spaces that offer a gorgeous view of the home's surrounding landscape.
