Argentinian architecture firm Moarqs creates "a stark and monotonous" minimalist warehouse in a tight and tricky site in Buenos Aires. The structure measures 1,542 square feet and is the epitome of bare design. The firm utilized laminated steel that was painted black before assembly. The Caseros Depot enjoys minimal use of windows, has no embellishments or attempted decorations, creating a structure that is exclusively made function-forward.
The minimalist warehouse has a curious shape as it is situated in a triangular lot, where six streets intersect. While the darkened black exterior communicates an unapologetic attitude with a sleek modern design, local firm Moarqs introduce an inner courtyard that allows a nice little breath of fresh air.
