American breakfast franchise IHOP has announced it will be reintroducing the Milkshake Monday holiday promotion and expanding it to include all of the flavors instead of just chocolate. Milkshake Monday initially launched in 2021, offering consumers the option to buy a milkshake and receive another for free from noon to 8 p.m. The return of this popular promotion will now allow consumers to choose between chocolate, strawberry, Oreo cookie, and vanilla, as well as seasonal flavors.
"After last year’s viral TikTok gained national attention, IHOP listened to its guests by quickly tapping into the conversation and putting a spotlight on our milkshakes," said Kieran Donahue from IHOP in a statement. "On Milkshake Monday, we know guests will leave IHOP with a satisfied sweet tooth, a sense of joy and a big smile on their faces."
