This epic dessert from Amy of Oh, Bite It! combines milkshakes and cake into a milkshake cake with lots and lots of Cool Whip. And as any dessert worth anything does, it comes with a cherry on top.
The milkshake cake recipe calls for a box of your favorite cake mix (the opportunities are endless!), a semi-soft (spreadable) milkshake, Cool Whip and optional whipped cream, cherries and chocolate sauce drizzle for topping. After the cake is baked and cooled, poke holes evenly around it. The, pour the milkshake over and into the holes you made and place the whole thing in the freezer until frozen. All you have to do is add any toppings and serve!
