Michael McCabe is a graphic designer who has created some incredible celebrity portraits using the artists' lyrics from some of their songs. The images include Lil Wayne (my personal favorite), Amy Winehouse, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, Ray Charles, Snoop Dog and Tupac.
The Michael McCabe celebrity typography portraits are truly unique and fascinating. I'm having a hard time taking my eyes off them, so I sincerely hope that McCabe carries on this series of fascinating images.
My only concern is the fact that Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne are the only celebrities in the series who are still living. Hopefully this is just a coincidence and not a bad omen or foreshadowing of any kind. Anyone who knows me is very much aware that I am not ready for a world without Weezy.
