Moss-Like Furniture

The Melt up Furniture Collection Experiments with New Substances

Yasuhiro Suzuki has completed the 'Melt up Furniture Collection,' experimenting with a number of different materials. The final product looks like a moss-covered chair, with blended fibres done in a green hue.

To achieve this look, the artist melted the different substances so that everything could mould to the shelf nicely. This way it looks much more organic than sticking the material on with something like glue. Anyone wanting to decorate an interior with an alternative storage space, this furniture collection will definitely have people talking. One can place a variety of objects in here, including picture frames or memorabilia.
