The McVitie’s British Icons Range Includes Four Limited-Edition Offerings

The McVitie’s British Icons range is a new offering from Pladis that will provide consumers with a premium option to choose when looking for a way to enjoy some of their favorite flavors in an alternative way. The limited-edition cookies will come in dessert and treat-focused flavor options including Lemon Drizzle and Strawberry Cheesecake for the Digestives line, and Chocolate Brownie and Sticky Toffee Pudding for the Hobnobs range. The products will be available from Asda at a price point of £1.59 each with additional rollouts expected in January 2021.

Brand Director for McVitie's at Pladis UK&I Emma Stowers explained the new McVitie’s British Icons range further saying, "Now, we’re adding brand-new flavors to these shopper favorites, and the on-trend, treaty flavor combinations – will further build on the on the success of our established McVitie’s range – helping the brand appeal to even more shoppers. Innovation is crucial when it comes to keeping shoppers engaged with what’s on offer in the biscuit aisle. This is particularly important for younger shoppers who are increasingly seeking unusual and exciting flavor experiences."
