To help consumers celebrate Passover, the premium pizza brand Fresh Brothers created a special Matzah Pizza.
This year, Passover runs from Wednesday, April 8 to Thursday, April 16, 2020. However, most consumers are celebrating solo due to COVID-19 and social distancing. To make sure that this year's holiday still felt special, Fresh Brothers created the Matzah Pizza. The festive pizza is a personal-sized pie featuring a double-stacked Matzah crust sandwiching a layer of cheese. The crust is then topped with Fresh Brothers’ signature sauce, which is made with local, freshly-picked tomatoes. Finally, the pizza is finished with a thick layer of 100% mozzarella cheese and the customer's choice of toppings. As Fresh Brothers’ Chief Executive Officer Geoff Goodman explains, "We know it can be tricky to order out when celebrating Passover, so we enjoy offering a great alternative worth indulging in."
