Marvel gives its Superhero’s a soundtrack and unveils ‘Adaptive Audio’ digital comic books.
The new app allows fans to enjoy a more immersive experience; the comic books will now include background music and sound effects. Specific sounds were chosen for each character. The user can also control the pace of the music making every experience with the comic different.
According to Marvel’s vice president of digital products, Kristin Vicent, they worked closely with composer David Ari Leo and made an effort "to map out the pacing of these stories… and how certain characters get associated with specific sounds."
