To celebrate Pride Month, American Apparel released a line of tees, tanks and tote bags adorned with the phrase 'Make America Gay Again.' The clever phrase plays off of Donald Trump's infamous campaign slogan in order to make a bold statement about LGBTQ rights in the US.
American Apparel's Pride '16 capsule collection is part of a joint partnership with the Ally Coalition and Human Rights Campaign. The collection consists of the brand's popular t-shirts, tanks and accessories dressed up with rainbow graphics or the phrase 'Make America Gay Again' in colorful typography.
