The Macallan Masters of Photography: Annie Leibovitz edition showcases this renowned fashion photographer's work in a different light. The first of a series of artistic partnerships, Leibovitz teamed up with the luxury whisky brand for an exclusive photoshoot, the images of which are to be displayed in the bottles of four different malts.
Capturing the mood of each whisky, the Macallan Masters of Photography: Annie Leibovitz edition features four photos. Starring Scottish actor Kevin McKidd, Leibovitz shot the powerful images against dramatic backdrops in and around New York City. For instance, The Gallery cask is a dark and luxurious image filled with oil paintings. It embodies the rich and intense tones of Cask No 12251, Sherry Butt (1989). All four will be available July 1, 2012.
