I'm a fan of makeup that doesn't play by the rules, so 'Luft' by Aaron McPolin immediately caught my attention. This shoot takes gorgeous gowns and dresses out into the wild, but it's the makeup that steals the show here.
For the pictorial, Aaron McPolin's makeup artist applied bright shades that usually go on eyelids to the models' temples. In the first image, the tapped-on powders look just like splatter paint or even a blast of spray paint.
