'Love Room' is an Airbnb-like service, except that it is designed to help to "rent your room to attractive people." Anyone who is single can join, but the attractiveness of a prospective renter will be under scrutiny.
This makes the service almost like hybrid dating service, mixed with a place where people can find accommodations. To determine if guests will be a suitable match, Love Room asks suggestive questions like "tub or shower?" and "carpet or hardwood?" Other than money, Love Room sure seems to suggest that there will be some other kind of exchange for offering a room up to guests.
The service is currently now live, but it is set for a full launch on Valentines Day in 2014.
