Lions are one of the most feared and revered animals, and Love #10 entered the jungle for an incredible Victorian era-inspired shoot.
Photographed by Tim Walker, the models were asked to be face to face with the king of the jungle. Posing naturally with the lion, the girls were dressed in elaborate couture. The haunting and antique aspect of the editorial paired perfectly with the lion in the pictures. The lion did not seem out of place, and added another unusual aspect to the already strange shoot. The models had intricate makeup done in order to contrast the dresses they were in, along with the old-world house in which the shoot was taking place. Love #10 elevated an already phenomenal shoot with a lion, and truly made this editorial 'The Lion King.'
