X Atelier and Atelier BAUM Propose the Idea of the Loop Pool

X Atelier and Atelier BAUM dreamed up the idea of the Loop Pool, which is an urban outdoor swimming pool that is connected to the river. This would be integrated into Lisbon's nearby River Tagus as the two firms propose a pool that would seamlessly connect tourists and residents to the river without having to go through traffic.

The Loop Pool Tejo is imagined with inspiration from how the water moves and the two studios wanted to create a few aquatic options that are easier to access. It uses the industrial sections of the Braco de Prata pontoon which would easily link the city to the river. Starting at the pontoon, the walkway leads to the middle in the middle of the river which draws circulation flow to it.
