These stunning long-exposure photographs feature spinning LED hula hoops to show off the United States' National Parks as their backdrops. Photographer Grant Mallory and his fianceé Maria Jacob traveled across the US to merge pschedellic concentric light patterns with natural beautiful landscapes.
Among the backgrounds showcased are the South Dakota Badlands, Crater Lake and California's Golden Gate Bridge. Using Maria's developed hula hooping skills at the forefront, Grant paired his love of landscape photography and interest in long-exposure photographs to produce these works of art.
Using various colored LED hula hoops, the photographs are unbelievable, the photography technique capturing only the continuous patterns of light and never the hoop in a still position.
