To celebrate the start of summer, Red Lobster is launching a limited-time promotion called the Lobster & Shrimp Summerfest. The new menu caters to the growing demand for dishes that feature seasonal ingredients and fresh flavors. As Red Lobster's Senior Chef Heidi Lane explains, "we wanted to offer guests different types of lobster and shrimp prepared in ways that capture the tastes of the season."
The Lobster & Shrimp Summerfest promotion allows consumers to choose from five fresh entrees, two new drinks and a special dessert option. Each of the entrees feature fresh, seasonal preparations of lobster and shrimp, such as wood-grilled flavors and a summer ale BBQ sauce. One of the standout dishes is the Grilled Lobster and Red Shrimp, which pairs wood-grilled Maine lobster tail with garlic-grilled jumbo Argentine red shrimp. Alongside the fresh dishes, customers can enjoy fruity new drinks such as the Berry Bootlegger and the Sail Away Sangria. To end the meal, the chain is promoting its new Homemade Berry Shore-Cake.
