Fourth Wave created Tread Softly as a range of light wine products for a new generation of drinkers. The "next generation wine for the next generation of drinker" was created to satisfy a demand for light and refreshing wine products with a minimal environmental impact on the earth.
The Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, Pinot Noir and Grenache products in the Tread Softy range can be identified by their botanically influenced packaging designs. As well as putting an emphasis on sustainable vineyard management and winemaking techniques, the products are packaged in recyclable cans and reduced-weight bottles that are labeled with naturally flecked, uncoated paper stock.
While some portions of the wine packaging are quite minimalist and understated, others convey the rich flavors of the products with bold illustrations of flowers and plants.
