Ukrainian label Noom works with the talents of French designers Nathan Baraness and Maryna Dague on the new Lakes collection of mirrors. The capsule is made to reflect the shapes that stretch out water when it is viewed from a bird's eye view.
There are five pieces that make up the collection and it all has a curved design language in order to capture the unique shapes of different lakes. The designers also wanted to capture the mirror's two parts by using different shapes -- one that is fluid and soft and the contrast that is more straight and hefty feeling. To do this, the mirrored surface is paired together with different materials including wood, onyx, copper, marble, and brass.
