Australian Kylie Minogue has been awarded the honor of Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace's ballroom.
After declaring that she is now an honorary Briton, Minogue quickly added, "But I still call Australia home."
"I was overwhelmed, nervous, I am so honored," Kylie said of the ceremony to which she dressed in a white satin Yves Saint Laurent dress with sequined stars.
Her sister Danni and parents flew from Australia and were present during the ceremony.
