'Kutuzov's Eye' Welcomes Visitors & Freaks Out the Mailman

This 'Kutuzov's Eye' intercom by Victor Konovalov is perhaps one of the freakiest intercoms I've ever seen. The business end of this bad boy features an eye that's made to resemble that of famous commander Prince Mikhail Illarionovich Golenishchev-Kutuzov (whose army beat Napoleon's in 1812, if your world history is as rusty as mine).

The other side of Victor Konovalov's 'Kutuzov's Eye' intercom features--what else--Vincent Van Gogh's ear. What's more, the area around the eyes can be customized to suit your mood--I'm thinking perhaps green when guests are welcome and red when you're busy.
