Wave is a French footwear website and it taps sneaker designer Julien Pagès and box designer Mathias Prognon to create the special KM Pack. The new series is created in celebration of football star Kylian Mbappé, who was named the best young player at the game and also played a hefty role in helping France take home the win at the World Cup this year. The pack celebrates the athlete and is comprised of two sneakers -- the Air Max Plus and the Air Max 270.
Both of the sneakers are predominantly white across its uppers with red and blue accents as a nod to Mbappé's home team. The Air Max Plus silhouette sees a single gold star in reference to France's first World Cup championship in 1998, and the Air Max 270 shows two gold stars. Additionally, there is also a double chamber box that has a translucent top finished with the French flag and "1998 - 2018."
