Kellog describes her creations as "a wink and a nod at the history and the tradition of cameos, with a truly modern and suggestive tilt."
Being a huge fan of timeless vintage clothing and accessories, I find these cameos quite tacky. But each to their own.
On the plus side, Kellog has retained old world craftsmanship in that her pieces are hand carved using classic materials of carnelion and sardonyx seashells, and set in solid gold and sterling silver.
