Kiko Mizuhara, a model, actress, and designer who spent most of her childhood in Japan functioned as Marc Jacob's muse for a promotional campaign that highlights some of the offerings from its Spring 2017 collection.
Made like a short film, the ad begins with Kiko Mizuhara walking down the sidewalk at night, when she suddenly turns to go into a convenience store. She looks around at the eclectic range of merchandise inside the store, and eventually stops to look at a rack of sunglasses. On the rack, there's a dramatic pair of Marc Jacobs sunglasses, which have unique gold frames that have blue and pink embellishments adhered to them.
Once she puts on the sunglasses, Kiko Mizuhara transforms into an exuberant high fashion model, who struts through the aisles of the convenience store in various different frames.
