Olena Yudina conceived of this 124-square-meter Kiev apartment as two separate zones: one public, one private.
Yudina opted for a circular layout to optimize for space and avoid a plan cluttered with unnecessary corridors. The majority of the apartment features a stark white color palette, including white wooden floors. The kitchen is an exception, featuring soft grey tiles. Despite the lack of color, the apartment manages to be warm and inviting. This can be partially attributed to the scattering of green plans throughout. The green looks bright and lively against the white.
The materials are tied together by white brickwork, which appears in every room of the home, adding a level of consistency to the space.
